Today was our museum day! The first museum we visited was the Thorvaldsomething museum, this guy collected too many coins, statues and basically everything he could get his hands on. He had some classical statues, also of people he couldn't name. After their name there would be a question mark, or just unknown man or woman. He even collected stuff from Egypt and some stuff from Asia. The guard at the upper floor seemed to be bored. She would sometimes randomly tell us information about the statue/painting we were looking at. The janitor started talking to us in Danish, when we told him we were Dutch, he looked at us in a confused manner and decided to repeat himself in English. He didn't know the English word for vacuum cleaner, so he made the vroom vroom noise and pretended to be sweeping. So random. After that we went outside and some random tourist decided that we were the people to ask directions. We're not Danish okay! But we did know where she had to go. After that we searched for the War Museum of Danmark, which we found pretty easily. It wasn't that far from the other one, but hey we mess up so every now and then. The museum was way bigger than we expected, so many canons, also ones that belonged on some ship. They rebuild a wannabe Afghanistan, to show people how the soldiers lived there and give random information. After we climbed the stairs, there were so many uniforms and weapons on display. Also from different countries. Apparently we supported the Danish in some war, woo! There were also Russian, Japanese and German uniforms. Jolene filmed about an hour, so long! But it was awesome. We followed the map to the next museum, that miraculously disappeared. We were there, the museum wasn't. Jolene is fishing with her mp4, it's not working properly. FISH Y U NO BITE! Anyhow, we went back to the hotel, since that museum was the last one and we only had an hour or so left to walk around in it anyway. We strolled through the other museums pretty long. Jolene bedreigt mij met een mp4 speler. Her reply: Fucking horoscopes. Hobo's were harassing us today, asking for money. One decided to ask Sandra if she wanted him as her boyfriend, after saying no she already has one, he said she could have two. No hobo, no. After that he called her cheap and she replied with: “What did you expect, I'm Dutch!”. Stereotypes everywhere. No one is safe from the stereotypes. Two other hobo's started talking to us as well, all of them started in Danish, even though we talked Dutch extra loud to make clear that we are foreign. The only other Dutch people we saw today, were annoying rich bitchez.
Tomorrow is our last day here, ehrmahgawd. Our last real day, since Friday we have to get up early and go to the airport. ON TIME YO! So we're going to chill and shop tomorrow. Sorry for no photo, you just have to look at Ollie and Zippy for a while. This laptop cannot read the 16gb card, the amount is too damn high!
